PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF COSTS AND TIMES OF REALISATION

DESIGN COMPLETE EQUIPMENT FROM FOUNDRY

The Design starts from the preliminary analysis of the geometries of the finished product, estimation of the weights, surcharges, drafts and linear withdrawal, with specific software. From the virtual 3D realised the opportune divisions on the model and the correct ramification system are evaluated. Through 3D printing the sintering of motte and cores occurs in order to carry out the physical ramification test, which consists in the assembly of sintered sand. The test plays a fundamental role together with all the other controls to obtain maximum precision in the casting castings.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

In the absence of geometry and mathematics, the Reverse Engineering process is carried out, by means of special optical and laser scanners. It is possible to obtain the relative CAD model starting from a prototype, from an object to be reconstructed or from specific parts. The digitisation of the surfaces makes it possible to easily modify existing parts, develop new parts, analyse dimensions and start the production process.

PROTOTYPES AND MOULDS

The expertise of the technicians, the acquired Now how and the continuous updating allow the design of moulds of every type and kind, of models and moulds for thermoforming and composite materials for the nautical, automotive, food, medical or pure design sectors. The use of CAD / CAE software allows the design of both the design and the kinematic and structural simulation of any type of prototype in various fields of application.
