ENGINEERING

Through the best CAD / CAE software we take care of 2D and 3D design of foundry equipment; models and moulds for composite materials; moulds of all kinds; scans, dimensional checks and Reverse Engineering.

ARTISANAL

The department produces models and moulds in a traditional way; performs maintenance, modifications, dimensional adjustment of existing foundry equipment, adjustment and assembly of parts made by the CNC department.

The department deals with the realisation of the 3D engineering model through CAM workstations and numerically controlled machine tools in various materials. Manufactures core boxes, models, moulds and mechanical parts milled from solid to 3, 4 and 5 axes.

PROTOTYPES

The prototype department, in synergy with all the others, is responsible for designing, implementing, testing or modifying any type of prototype, starting from an idea that has not yet been realised or from existing products.
